4. Third-Party Services

Communications and booking: email marketing, CRM and scheduling platforms (for example ActiveCampaign and Calendly).
Website analytics: PostHog, to understand how visitors use the site. This includes session recordings that replay page visits. Text you type into form fields, and health values shown on screen such as your BMI or eligibility result, are hidden in these recordings.
Advertising: Google and Meta, to measure and improve our ads. We do not send them your health information.

Some of these providers store data outside Canada. They are contractually required to protect it.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for website analytics, session recordings and advertising measurement. These run by default. You can opt out at any time by choosing Decline in the cookie banner. Session recording stops right away and Google stops using cookies for measurement and ads; a few other tools stop from your next visit. To bring the banner back, clear this site's cookies in your browser. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.
